I. Praise and Thanks: 
  • Thanks to EVERYONE for continued efforts with balancing the ending of the school year with the changes coming up for the next one. We are carrying much and I am grateful with the efforts to end the year on a good note as we make plans for the next. We have done much in a short period time thanks to everyone's ideas, contributions, and leadership. We are #learningtogether at the Academy and I am grateful for all!

III. Updates and Reminders: 

A. Faculty Meeting This Wednesday:
  • We are having a Faculty Meeting this Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. in the Media Center. 
  • Our purpose is to share the working drafts for the 2023-24 Master Schedule.
  • Please come prepared to share feedback and ideas for our new schedule. 
B. AIM Conference: 
  • Please be sure to follow up on Amie Snow's email regarding the AIM Conference. 
  • The AIM Conference is a dynamic and collaborative statewide conference where a deep dive is taken for building more innovation in schools. 
  • We are looking for both lab schools to be represented at this conference by presenting the innovative things we are doing. 
  • Click HERE to learn more about the AIM Conference and find out how to submit your conference presentation proposal. You have good ideas and the world needs to hear them from you!

C. Co-Teaching Groups for July
  • Thanks for sharing your preferences for the upcoming required training for Co-Teaching in July.

D. There are no PLTs for this week due to our testing schedule. 

E. Teacher Leadership Cadre: 
  • If you are interested in the Teacher Leadership Cadre, then please add your name to the form by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31. 
  • Once interest has been determined, an application form will be sent to those who have expressed an interest.
